OUR HISTORY
IMMEDIATE FIRST AID WAS FORMED IN 2013 WHEN OUR DIRECTORS FOUND A NEED TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF FIRST AID SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT BC. WE ARE LOCATED IN MISSION, BC, BUT HAVE INSTRUCTORS AND RESOURCES TO REACH OUT TO COMMUNITIES PROVINCE-WIDE.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily, and today our company consists of certified Canadian Red Cross Instructors and Instructor Trainers specializing in public and private first aid courses for the general public and the workplace. We also offer Professional Responder courses to those interested in a career in emergency services. Lastly, we are a designated Instructional Development center for the Canadian Red Cross and offer instructional courses at all levels.
Our People
While most of our certified instructors are active firefighters or paramedics from departments across the Greater Vancouver Area, we also round out our experience with members from diversities specific to the courses we offer. Our instructors have a wealth of experience as practitioners and instructors in many areas of First Aid delivery, enabling them to assist our customers at every stage of their First Aid needs.
We only hire those who value professionalism and positivity above all other attributes, and this has been reflected in our exceptional safety record. Our instructors are there to ensure that your people are trained to the requested level and leave our courses confident to act when the situation arises.
